Dr. Rugenstein received his Ph.D. in Cultural History from Union Institute & University.
He currently teachers honor courses in history and sociology at a local community college
and is actively investigating an archaeological site in the Adirondacks. His specialties
include Historical Research, Native American History and Archaeology. He has created a
number of college level courses and is published. One of his books, Akwesasne, Divided by
more than the St. Lawrence River is currently being used as a textbook on campuses. He has
presented at various conferences, which include the American Historical Association, the
Canadian History of Education Association and the Annual Algonquian Peopleís Conference.
Additionally, he has reviewed a number of textbooks and articles.

This concept of Christian perfection fascinated me; to be perfect, how? How fif this theology of John Wesley come about? How is it actuated? Was mysticism involved? This is what led me to writing this book.
